MV 750 S ,1971 Magni Racing bike

The MV 750 S of the years 71/75 were sports machines.
At the time there was a strong craze for results, three- and four-cylinder Factory MV entered in the 350 CC and 500 cc speed world championships.
The names of Giacomo Agostini or Phil Read made enthusiasts dream.

As the four-cylinder factory MV world championship bikes are untouchable and not even for sale, there were attempts to transform serial 750 S into real racing machines.
Even the MV factory has tried it by preparing a MV 750 S for Giacomo Agostini for the 200 miles of Imola in 1972.

The specialist in this type of machine will be the MV magician Arturo Magni, who will prepare 750 MV in racers. The modifications were important with a special Magni frame, Ceriani fork, 4-cam Fontana brakes, Ceriani shock absorber, etc.
The engine preparation was also high-end with carburetors and special camshafts.
These machines were equipped with a dry clutch.

A few motorcycles have come out of the Magni workshops, including the one we present to you today.
